If you can't access something

Sometimes an app doesn’t open the way you expect. Rhappsody always tells you why with a short message. Find the message you’re seeing below.

“Sign in to …”

You’ve reached a sign-in page. This app is for people with an account. What to do: sign in. See Signing in for the first time.

“This app requires … access or higher.”

For example: “This app requires staff access or higher.” You’re signed in, but this app is for people with a higher role. What to do: if you think you should have access, ask the people who run the space to change your role. If you have more than one account, check you signed in with the right one.

“We’re Currently Closed”

The owner has set opening hours for this app, and it’s outside them right now. The page usually tells you when it opens again, for example “We reopen today at …” or “We’ll be back …”. What to do: come back at that time.

“Coming Soon”

“This app is registered and will be available once it’s published.” The app exists but the owner hasn’t made it public yet. What to do: check back later.

“App Inactive”

“This app isn’t active right now. Please check back later.” The owner has switched this app off for now. What to do: check back later. If you need it sooner, contact the people who run the space.

“This app is not yet available.” or “This app has expired.”

The app is only open between certain dates. It either hasn’t started yet or has already finished, for example an event that’s over. What to do: if you think the dates are wrong, contact the people who run the space.

“This app is temporarily unavailable.”

The app has been paused for now. What to do: try again later.

“App Not Found”

“The requested app could not be found.” The address may be mistyped, or the app has been renamed or removed. What to do: check the address, or open the space’s main address (for example yourclub.rhapp.app) and find the app from there.

Problems signing in

“That username, email, or password doesn’t match what we have on file.” See Signing in: if something goes wrong.

“This account does not have access to this area.” Your account works, but not for this part of the space. Ask the people who run it.
